All fees are subject to an additional sales tax of 7%. A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and is fully refundable until 48 hours of the scheduled time when the full balance is due and all amounts become non-refundable. Within two (2) business days of receipt of the deposit you will receive via e-mail confirmation of your payment and reservation.
If meeting extends beyond the reservation time, use of the facility will be at an hourly rate of $100.00, subject to availability.
Customer agrees to be responsible for any damages or claims arising from your use of the facilities and that any claims for any loss of use of the facilities shall be limited to the applicable rental rate being charged for the use of the facilities. Any disputes will be resolved thru binding arbitration in miami-dade county, florida. Customer agrees that their invitees limit their use to only the areas being reserved, conduct themselves in a professional and non-disruptive manner, dress in appropriate attire, and otherwise be courteous and responsible.
